MakeForm

Create a form and add the questions required for the enquiry.
Add the exact website address to Website addresses, including https:// and any port.
Open HTML instructions to copy the form into that website, or use MakeSite bindings to connect it to a site.
Activate the form, submit a test from the allowed website, and check Inbox.

Troubleshooting

For a rejected submission, check that the form is active, the website matches an allowed origin, and every required field is present. Keep the HTML field names unchanged.

MakeTicket intake can turn new submissions into tickets. It must be configured separately; existing submissions are not imported.
